Product Availability
If your item is not available, you will be contacted the same or next business day. We cannot guarantee the availability of all items on our website since they are also being offered at retail locations, fishing tournaments and trade shows. We promise to work as expediently as possible to fill your order!
Shipping Information
Shipping is a flat rate of $7.00 per order.
Need it sooner? 2-3 Day Priority Mail is an option at $10.95 per order.
Retail orders over $75.00 qualify for Free Shipping. (Shipping charges cannot be included in the $75 total to qualify for free shipping.)

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed. Priority orders will be shipped on the next business day. Our standard method of shipping is USPS and should arrive within 3-10 business days depending on your choice of shipping method. We will provide you with a tracking number after it ships.

During busy holidays, such as Christmas, we will continue to notify our customers of ship dates, but we cannot guarantee how long your order will take to arrive due to the increased volume of business at the USPS. This will also apply to areas and/or routes that may be affected by weather or natural disasters.

Currently, we only ship to the 48 continental United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. It is our goal for everyone to have an opportunity to “Fish Pretty!” ™
Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase! However, if you wish to return or exchange an item, we offer a 14-Day Return Policy for a full refund (less actual postage costs). You may return or exchange an unused item in the same “new” condition that it was received (with labels and price tag still attached) within 14 days. After 14 days, we will not consider the order eligible for a refund or an exchange. If you need to exchange or return an item, please send us an email to: info@reelwomenoutfitters.com

We will notify you by email when we receive your return. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will then process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

If you purchased our products and were eligible for Free Shipping, you will be responsible for the cost of returning or exchanging an item with us. (Please note: If you paid for shipping, the cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.)

If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
